Clearly Speaking Speech Pathology Services
About us
Jean Brandon, MA, CCC-SLP provides speech and language therapy to children who have a medical disorder or developmental delay in their ability to communicate. Services are available for articulation, phonology, apraxia, receptive and expressive language disorders, auditory processing, stuttering, and voice disorders. We also work with babies who struggle with feeding and won't eat enough and children who tend to be a "picky eater". Tongue and lip ties can also be treated for speech and feeding problems. Children who receive speech therapy in the school system may also come and get supportive therapy.
Programs
An individualized plan of care that focuses on the unique needs of each child is important. Every child who walks through the doors is very special and different in very wonderful ways than anyone else! That is why every child will go through a comprehensive assessment to address the areas of need following a complete history of development. Articulation, language, oral motor skills and feeding/swallowing will be reviewed and discussed. You may be surprised at how each area is affected by the others!
